Well, I was hoping to start this new year on a brighter note, but I get so sick of the devil using men under the guise of Christian doctrine to undo and disprove the foundations and credibility of the Bible. I'm not surprised because the Bible affirms in 2 Cor 11:13-15 "For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works."  Let's also remember the sound warning that the Apostle Paul gave the Christians in Galatia:
"I marvel that ye are so soon removed fromhim that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you, let him be accursed." Gal 1:6-8
It does not matter who comes up and preaches and try to use scripture to confirm it; if what they teach is against the doctrines or teachings of Christ that person, Bishop, Pastor, Evangelist, Prophet, Prophetess, hobo, bum, whoever, is accursed!

This is what the bible clearly teaches on the return of Christ:
  • Matt 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
  • Matt 24:42-44 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and whould not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh
Isn't that something? The devil wants you to be focused on a certain time so that you will not live in expectancy of Christ's return everyday! He wants you to become lackadaisical, apathetic and insipid concerning the urgency of the matter. If people focus on a certain day to "straighten" their life out then they will, most likely, but unprepared should the Lord return prior to May 21. Jesus is soon to come, that's true, but the exact date no man knoweth, and should one pretend to know, let him be accursed.. Don't be deceived, you've been warned.
